How do I set up an account?
If you do not already have an account you can set one up HERE.
Email verification is required. New accounts should be set up in a parent or guardian’s name.
How do I add players to my account?
Once you have successfully created and are logged into your account, there is an option button near the middle of the page to "Add A New Player."
Click this link to add your player and their information. This only has to be done one time for each individual
player and will be reused in future seasons.
How do I register players for a new season?
At the bottom of your dashboard a listing of any available seasons will appear. A registration button will be available
if the registration period is open. Clicking this link will allow you to choose which players you would like to register for that season.
If your player is within a swing age group, you will also be prompted to choose an age group for your player to participate.
How do I pay for fees associated to season registrations?
During the registration process you will be prompted to either pay using a credit or debit card, or to pay in person
using a check or with cash. The credit and debit card system utilizes PayPal and our system does not store any of your card information,
it is all stored on the secure servers of PayPal. After payment is completed, the system will automatically register your player and activate them for
the registered season. Using the pay in person will register your player for the season,
but they will be placed in a pending status until a payment is applied to the registration. If after choosing the pay in person option
you choose to pay the fees with the card option you can return to your user dashboard and choose that option.
